Terms of Service
Welcome to Solutions Buddy Inc. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of our services, which include a wide range of virtual telephony and communication features (the “Services”). By accessing and using the Services, opening an account, or using our customer service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
911/Enhanced 911 (e911) Emergency Service
The provision of 911 and e911 emergency services is governed by applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their compliance with any requirements for 911 or e911 emergency service use.
Account
Customers must ensure the accuracy and validity of any information associated with their accounts. This includes testing and verifying that any assigned numbers are functional before publicizing them.
Billing and Payment
Customers are responsible for maintaining a positive balance in their accounts to continue using the Services. Solutions Buddy Inc. reserves the right to suspend accounts that maintain a negative balance for a prolonged period.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that their use of the Services is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes ensuring that CallerID configurations accurately reflect their identity and do not mislead recipients of their communications.
Non-interconnected VoIP Services
Customers acknowledge that they are responsible for all uses of non-interconnected VoIP services under their accounts. Non-interconnected VoIP services are defined as services that enable real-time voice communications via Internet Protocol without being interconnected with the public telephone network.
Personal Information
Solutions Buddy Inc. does not sell your personal or corporate information to third parties. Your data may be shared with authorized third-party providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.
Security
Solutions Buddy Inc. is committed to protecting your personal information using secure and up-to-date protocols. Customers are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication for added security.
Disclosure Required by Law
We retain the right to disclose information about our Customers and their usage of the Services if required by law, court order, or governmental request.
Intellectual Property
All materials, technology, or information provided as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of Solutions Buddy Inc. Customers are not permitted to use these materials without prior authorization.

Music Broadcasting
Customers using the Calling Queue feature of the Services can choose to broadcast music while callers are waiting in the queue. By choosing to broadcast music, the Customer warrants that it owns or disposes of the proper rights and licenses to broadcast such music in a calling queue. The Company does not own any rights or licenses to broadcast music, but only provides a feature for the Customer to do so. CUSTOMER WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE COMPANY from any and all third-party claims directly or indirectly related to any calling queue music used by the Customer.
Consent to Receive Communications
When opening an account with the Company, Customers automatically consent to receive communications via phone call, mail, email, or text message. Customers may opt out at any time via the customer portal, but doing so may affect their use of the Services.
Customer Feedback
Customers agree that feedback, suggestions, and comments provided to the Company become its property, including intellectual property rights. Customers also warrant that their contributions will not violate third-party rights or contain harmful material.
Secure and Proper Use of the Services
Spam & SPIT: The Company enforces a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited messages or spam via telephony (SPIT).
Misuse: Customers must not misuse the Services by violating security measures, abusing other customers' rights, or engaging in unlawful activities.
Recordings and Transcription
Call Recordings: Customers using this feature must ensure compliance with their local laws. The Company is not liable for any related claims.
Call Transcription: This feature may involve third-party providers. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary consent and adhering to local laws.
Warranties and Limitations on Liability
The Company provides Services "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Customers must acknowledge the inherent limitations of the Internet and VoIP technologies. Liability for damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Restrictions and Modifications to Services
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services temporarily or permanently. Some countries may block Services, and the use of Services is prohibited in specific regions, as listed.
Account Closure
Inactive accounts for 24 months may be closed after notifying the Customer. Customers must act within 30 days of notification to prevent account closure.
Emergency Communications
The Company provides emergency call services with limitations based on VoIP dependencies. Customers must ensure their configurations meet regulatory requirements. The Company disclaims liability for service outages affecting emergency calls.
General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Toronto, Canada. Customers agree to settle disputes in Toronto courts and waive rights to trial by jury. Amendments to these Terms will be notified via email or posted on the website.
